As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create exceptional memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! There are security cameras on the front door and the rear patio door so if there is an incident, please let us know and we can go back and look at the video - No shoes within the house. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm until 7am. - There shall not be smoking or vaping inside the home. Even in the bathroom with the fan on, we still can smell it Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. Outside is fine. There is a ashtray on the post of the pergola Please dispose of your cigarette butts. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - PARKING: 2 parking spots is provided in the driveway or 1 on the street. There is no use of the garage. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, and guest is responsible for all damage done by the guest, our party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Loved staying at Dales Airbnb and wish we could have stayed longer! We were coming from badlands national park and didn’t realize the time because it is so beautiful and Dale completely understood. The house was clean and cozy with lots of information and things to do in the area. Dale was kind, caring and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was no ordinary rental. The home is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and packed with little extras that made all the difference. The kitchen was stocked with far more than the basics — quality cookware, various varieties of coffee, pods, and teas, plus a nice selection of snacks. The amenities included a lovely outdoor area with privacy, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with all the streaming services. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top-notch. Hosts had even stocked commonly forgotten essentials like toothbrushes and deodorant — a thoughtful touch that truly sets this place apart. Hosts were absolutely outstanding — genuinely some of the best we’ve encountered on Airbnb. Communication was lightning fast, warm, and thorough, and their proactive, caring approach elevated the entire stay. Every interaction left us feeling like valued guests rather than just a booking. Highly, highly recommend!!

Amazing place. Dale was very responsive with communication. All the little amenities were appreciated (coffee, tea, snacks, etc). Everything was super clean. Beds were King size and comfortable for us. We didn't take advantage of grill and pergola area due to cooler than average weather but looked very nice too. One of the very best Airbnb stays we have had. We will definitely stay if in the area again.

Dale's place was Excellent!!! Everything was as portrayed and the cleanliness was the best i have ever experienced in a Airbnb. Very responsive, helpful and understanding. Great amentities from simple phone chargers, to robes, to snacks, etc. Will definitely use Dale again when we go back to Sioux Falls!!

I cannot say enough for this Airbnb! They have gone above & beyond our expectations! The bed was super comfy! They had snacks waiting for us! Everything was perfect!!!! They even had a handwritten card left there on counter for us!!!! Wish we could've stayed longer' We definitely will be back!!

Dale and Susan were amazing and kind hosts. Dale made it his mission to fix a small inconvenience involving the patio door, even though we told him it was not a big deal during our stay. He made the conscious effort to fix the issue while we were out and about so that when back in the home we could relax entirely. The home was spotless and had so many other unique features (including the homemade accent furniture-made by Dale himself) that made our family feel welcome, safe, and entertained. The hot cocoa and snack bar were an added perk to our stay and our girls loved it! We felt like luxury during our weekend stay, and highly recommend to anyone staying in Sioux Falls. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
