As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create exceptional memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! There are security cameras on the front door and the rear patio door so if there is an incident, please let us know and we can go back and look at the video - No shoes within the house. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm until 7am. - There shall not be smoking or vaping inside the home. Even in the bathroom with the fan on, we still can smell it Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. Outside is fine. There is a ashtray on the post of the pergola Please dispose of your cigarette butts. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - PARKING: 2 parking spots is provided in the driveway or 1 on the street. There is no use of the garage. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, and guest is responsible for all damage done by the guest, our party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things) there is no garage on the property pets no more than two dogs 25 pounds we do charge for pets but we do ask to keep them out of the beds and off the furniture and please let us know if you’re bringing your pet If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST!
