This is not a hotel. We thoroughly sanitize all counters, linens, towels, bathrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces after every guest’s stay. We take great pride in maintaining high standards and strive to provide a five-star experience for every guest. If you arrive before check-in, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at the house starting at 11am at no extra cost; however, pets must not be left at the property early. This place was spotless. So glad I picked it. I had meetings at the conference center and it was a short drive there. Would stay here again!! The extra items at the house for us were such a nice touch!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and had every amenity we could possibly need. We’ve rented many Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far the cleanest and nicest place we’ve ever experienced—it truly felt like home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft, clean linens, extra pillows, and just the right amount of blankets. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and clearly well cared for. Having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras like plenty of snacks and all the coffee we could drink. The robes and slippers were such a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more special. Everything about this place was perfect. We will absolutely be booking again. Loved our stay here! Everything was nice and clean, beautiful, and probably the best stocked Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, including snacks and a full coffee/tea bar. There were so many small appliances, cookware, and all things kitchen available to use. Our trip to Sioux Falls was to visit our daughter and spend time together, play games/cards, etc., so we stayed in most of the time, cooked a lot of meals, and even made a cake! Beds were comfy, and it felt like a safe, quiet neighborhood close to everything with a quick drive to anywhere we needed to go. The bathrobes and slippers in the bedrooms were a bonus that we weren't expecting and another nice touch - also something we've never experienced with an Airbnb! 😃 Communication with Dale was great - quick, helpful, and informative. We would definitely choose Dale's place again for future visits!

Dale’s property was great!! The property was very clean and had all the listed amenities. The snacks along with the water he provided were a nice touch since we were on the go a lot! He was very quick to communicate whenever I had a question. He was also very accommodating regarding my flight arrival time. Will definitely stay again. when in Sioux Falls. Thank you!!
